Lewis brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in the energy sector. After two decades at BP, Lewis went on to found and grow successful energy and energy transition businesses across Europe and the USA. Most recently, as CEO of Haventus, he led the revitalization of the Port of Ardersier, transforming it into a key hub for the offshore wind industry.
Ragnhild has over 30 years of experience within high voltage subsea cable business and energy sectors, in various leadership positions, most recently CEO of Nexans Norway and the Executive Vice President of Generation & Transmission BG in Nexans. Ragnhild holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Technology in Trondheim, Norway.
Shaun has over 20 years of senior finance and investment experience, specialising in manufacturing and industrial technology businesses. Before joining XLCC, he was CFO at Plastic Energy, where he completed multiple financing rounds. Prior to that, Shaun was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, where he was a board director of several multi-billion global, private and listed businesses. Before Carlyle, he worked at Morgan Stanley in corporate finance and M&A. He holds a B.A. in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, where he was a Taylor Scholar.
Bjørn brings over three decades of expertise in the high-voltage cable industry, spanning research and development, cable manufacturing and installation, and project delivery. Having worked with leading organizations as both contractor and client, Bjørn has held senior management roles and led major interconnector projects, including cable and installation management on the client side. His deep technical knowledge and strategic experience make him a trusted leader in advancing complex energy infrastructure.
Malcolm has over 20 years experience in senior legal roles across the energy sector, ranging from agile start-ups to major corporates like National Grid and most recently Shell Energy Retail.
Emma has over 15 years of experience supporting organisations at different stages of growth and maturity. Having worked across large multi-site and multi-jurisdiction environments, as well as scaling businesses, she partners with leadership teams on people strategy, workforce planning and governance.
